@MarioNawfal@elonmusk Yes you should. Unfortunately, it will cost you so much money that it may not be worth your while. But, you seem to be someone who understands that money isn’t everything… freedom is! ❤️
I am so excited that my list will be cleared!!! Please know that whether you cleared my list or donated the cheapest or most expensive item on my list, I’m so incredibly thankful for you and couldn’t do it without your help. I run a food pantry so there will always be items needed. We are a team. So thankful for my tribe of donors. Thank you and I appreciate you all🥹
Even though this is not the trump platform, you peaked my curiosity my friend.
Looking at the page this is what it says,
“Overtime requirements may discourage employers from offering certain fringe benefits such as reimbursement for education, childcare, or even free meals because the benefits’ value may be included in the “regular rate” that must be paid at 150 percent for all overtime hours. And because some of these fringe benefits may be more valuable (and often come with tax preferences that benefit the worker), the goal should be to set a threshold to ensure lower-income workers have the protections of overtime pay without discouraging employers from offering these benefits.”
Hmmm looks like not only is it encouraging overtime pay, but also trying to incentivize employers to offer educational benefits, child care, and even free meals.
