@gavindawson I agree, and I believe the talent is on the roster to win, both offense and defense. I still say, it has to do more about culture, and having the right coaches that can build a winning culture, high expectations, higher standards, and hold all involved accountable.

@jonmachota @1053thefan I do not believe contracts of players are wrong, it is deeper than that. IMO it has to do with team culture, accountability, discipline, and that starts with the coaching leadership, respect, and the level of expectations set by the HC. Until it's fixed, mediocrity at best.

@stephenasmith Like you being a fan of the Steelers, fyi, I purchased Bradshaw's book. Im a Cowboys fan since I was 5, and I am 62. And while it pains me, you are not saying anything I can argue with. Our defense is trash, still. And last night the offense was POTI. Poorest offense there is!

@1053thefan Fixing means mistakes were made more than 5 games ago. No discipline, no accountability, and a DC that is not in the right situation. This team imo does not need a young upstart, they need a proven leader in that DC role. Offense last night was POTI, Poorest Offense there is!

@1053SS GOTI was in the 90s, I would ask Aikman, and the greatest defense was in the 70s ask the doomsday defense. I have followed for 58 years and have never been so disappointed in a team I have always held in high regard. Plenty of talent... so what is the problem, coaching?

@dallascowboys are just not a very good team, offensively or defensively. All the talent in the NFL and for some reason...they are still mediocre at best.

@1053SS Prescott does not look comfortable. Of corse the O line having issues today. Need to get Tyler Smith back. Bland on defense not having a good game. Our special teams look avg at best. Schotty looks like he is pressing based on play calling.

@MikeLeslieWFAA They get 16 we get 6, @dallascowboys playing sub par football through last 10 quarters. The offense struggling, Prescott looks uncomfortable and defense still not performing much better. With better talent this season. If its not personnel, then the problem is ????
