2. It's certainly not in the interest or fair for current licenced drivers to have these conditions dropped or eased, even though there is a relaxation of lockdown conditions there isn't anywhere near enough work for current drivers to make a living.

1. Certain depot owners requested that DFI drop all/ many of the conditions for gaining a taxi licence in Northern Ireland because they claim they don't have enough drivers, these depots only want more drivers so they can lift more rent or sell them more cars.
