@Discount_TV_ The apothicons were banished to the DA in Tag. Cold War suggests they were either destroyed or changed beyond recognition by the time of that games events. So there is no logical reason for them to come back, but Treyarch can retroactively do whatever for a nostalgic key jingle

NEW LEAK: Straight from the dev docs we have found evidence that Black Ops 4 was going to have a NEW evolution of the ability to create CUSTOM ZOMBIES MAPS.

This would have been nothing like bo3's mod tools, but rather a system within the game itself that would've been similar to Halo's Forge mode, opening up the possibility for console support. It's unclear why this didn't happen.
