@DoorDash @DoorDash_Help All 3 snow cones were the wrong flavors (Cotton Candy Confection, Strawberry Goes Bananas, Create Your Own). This is the second wrong order recently. Chat + supervisor denied credit. Can retention please help with a courtesy credit? Long-time customer.
