The pacing mistake that kills YouTube videos:

Cutting too fast in the emotional moments.

Action sequences? Cut fast.
Comedy? Cut fast.
Emotional beats? Let them breathe.

When someone shares something vulnerable —
hold on their face for 2 extra seconds.
Let the viewer process.
Let the moment land.

Fast editing is a skill.
