@virginmedia down AGAIN. Self employed person cannot work without connection. Local libraries closed and not able to use WiFi there. Will this inconvenience be reflected in my bill - I doubt it.

2 weeks on. Several complaints to @virginmedia with no reply as of yet. Still providing an atrocious WiFi service. Work from home person here with constant drop outs, slow service & no connection. @VirginMediaCC @VMSolutions_

@virginmedia I’ve used the app apparently no problem. Yet I, and my neighbours are having persistent problems. Im tech savvy and need use of home WiFi to earn my living. To make matters even more dire, I’ve been told our package is doubling in price at the end of the month. No thanks.

@virginmedia WiFi is terrible. The wired connection isn’t great and it’s awfully impractical. Have tried several things to improve it, with no luck yet!
