Results are in. We finished a very respectable 4th out of 19 teams. All the students have thoroughly enjoyed representing their school at the @UKMathsTrust Team Challenge @LuttHigh @HeadLutthigh

Today we have a team of 4 students taking part in the @UKMathsTrust Team Challenge at David Nieper School in Alfreton. Our team are doing us very proud, after 2 (of the 4) rounds, they haven't dropped a single mark! Hope they keep it up this afternoon @LuttHigh @HeadLutthigh

All the players involved in this year's varsity afternoon vs Lutt College. The results were:
Year 7 LHS 15- 25 Col
Year 8 LHS 25 - 25 Col
Year 10/9s LHS 60-12 Col
Year 11s LHS 52-7 Col.
The girls also played Market Bos RFC, narrowly losing by a try.

This afternoon the U14 rugby team beat Ratcliffe College in the U14 County Cup final 17-12 to lift the trophy. The lads played to their strengths as we had practised and it was very rewarding to watch them win the Cup. @LuttHigh @HeadofPELutt @MrWheatcroft @HeadLutthigh

U15 Rugby team went to Northampton Saints 7s at Perse School in Cambridge today. Winning 2 losing 2 and coming third in the pool of 5. Losing 33-21 to a very good Samuel Whitbread in the 1/4 final. Well played lads @LuttHigh @HeadofPELutt @MrWheatcroft @HeadLutthigh

And breathe…the year 10 rugby team decided to leave it until the last kick of the match to beat Leicester Grammar 45-48. A gritty win, well done boys.

Today the Year 9 rugby team went to a 10s tournament at Loughborough Grammar. The lads built throughout the afternoon, losing the first 2 games, but winning the final 3. Including the all important local derby vs Lutterworth College 29-12. @HeadofPELutt @LuttHigh @HeadLutthigh
