Lenders beware: Kenya’s High Court has greenlit our petition challenging US$54bn in odious debts under Kenyatta & Ruto.
No parliamentary approval. No public benefit. Offshore siphoning.
Kenyans WILL NOT repay what they never authorised. Accountability MUST be restored. #OdiousDebt #DeniBandia

NO,NO, NO Mr. so called President!!!
You don’t get to talk about threats when your administration has spent the last few years becoming the biggest threat to ordinary Kenyans. And this habit of calling everyone who disagrees with you “anti-development” has to stop. Kenyans have every right to question you. That’s not being against progress. That’s holding the people in power accountable.
You keep asking Kenyans to rally behind your government. For what exactly? To celebrate more taxes? More borrowing? More broken promises? Support is earned, Mr. President. It isn’t demanded. So please stop with this nonsense of blaming the opposition every time things aren’t working. You asked Kenyans to trust you with the country. The least you can do is take responsibility for what has happened under your watch.
The opposition is not responsible for the state of our economy. You are. You’ve been in charge. If businesses are struggling, if taxes have become unbearable, if millions of Kenyans are working harder than ever but getting nowhere, that’s YOUR RECORD, not theirs.
WANTAM!!
PRESS STATEMENT BY SENATOR OKIYA OMTATAH ON THE PUBLIC DEBT CASE RULING
Fellow Kenyans,
Today, the High Court delivered an important ruling in our public debt case.
The Court upheld the @IMFNews claim of diplomatic immunity and struck it out of this petition. While we respect the Court’s decision, accountability for Kenya’s debt burden cannot end there.
We are preparing a separate legal challenge to the Bretton Woods Agreements Act, 1963, against the Constitution of Kenya 2010 to ensure all actors involved in Kenya’s debt processes are subjected to proper scrutiny.
Most importantly, the Court rejected attempts by the Attorney General and other respondents to have this case dismissed. The judges ruled that our petition will proceed to a full hearing on its merits.
The Court also dismissed applications by the former Auditor General, former Controller of Budget, the current Auditor General, and the current Controller of Budget seeking to shield themselves from these proceedings.
This is a significant victory for transparency, accountability, and the Kenyan people.
We will amend our petition as directed by the Court and return on 22nd July 2026. Our mission remains unchanged: to establish how Kenya accumulated trillions in public debt, how the funds were utilized , whether the public benefited and whether the law was followed at every stage.
This case is about protecting the future of our nation and the interests of every Kenyan taxpayer.
We remain focused, determined, and committed to seeing it through.
God Bless Kenya.

Qatar has held a World Cup where everyone who could afford to attend attended, wait till it's the USA hosting and they will have visa restrictions even on the players themselves 😂.
Adults who are either mentally handicapped or don't use their brains have 2 suggestions to stop students school unrest;
1. Re-introduce corporal punishment.
2. Introduce mandatory religious studies for all students.
Let me educate you before everyone lies to you you did something.;
1. You want to go home and farm?
The National Land Commission Act and the Land Ammendment Act are targeting freehold land.
-soon you'll need to pay taxes on that land.
If you can't pay you'll be herded into avoidable housing.
2. The Water Privatisation Act is targeting water.
You'll need a license to collect rain water.
You will be taxed to access water in your local river, well and dam.
And if you think you'll get a borehole, think again, it'll be overtaxxed so only the rich can afford one.
3. The Seed varieties Act seeks to patent seedlings.
Meaning only genetically modified and hybrids will be available.
Your indigenous seeds will be extinct in the next few years.
You will have to buy from Monsanto to plant them, enslavement.
So without land, water and seeds, how will achieve your off grid dream?
You can't run away from the current problem.
You must face it.
There is not a single soul vying for office is running to free us.
They are all controlled, one way or the other.
Ask any about land redistribution, nationalising minerals, shutting down foreign military bases in Kenya, restoring sovereignty and leaving the commonwealth and see.
That leaves us only one option;
Occupying statehouse and installing a transition council.
So we can be fully sure whoever is in that office is our choice.
Then mandate them to rescede those bills, restore our republic and execute the corrupt and recoup stolen assets.
More people have died during elections than during protests.
Am not calling for endless protests, that is the work of cashivists and pay-triots.
I want just one large protest, large enough to storm that hellhole without a single shot or teargas carnister fired.
You want freedom and absolute liberty and a life in some village somewhere?
Get rid of those who made it impossible in the first place.
The race for; iridium, gallium, tantalum, beryllium, germanium, coltan, lithium, uranium, titanium, niobium, gold, manganese, tungsten, nickel, rubies, oil and gas, will be either what wakes up Kenyans, or finally breaks our fatherland.
We are a few steps away from being a superpower or being a failed state.
The current crop of leaders cannot usher in a golden age for our sacres land.
So I ask, to what end shall we be herded into poverty, enslavement to imperialism, indebted to international banking cartels and a dark future?
We have never known true sovereignty.
Our republic is still a colony of the British Crown.
Laikipia for example, even though it's endowed with trillions of dollars worth of precious metals, is owned by English lords, and registered in the United Kingdom- Laikipia Limited.
Our mineral wealth is also owned by the Crown, via World Bank.
Not a single gram of rare earths is touched without permission from The City of London.
Cue, Jacob Juma, he 'discovered' Niobium worth $300B in Mrima Hill, Kwale County, but only disclosed a third of the mineral wealth, $100B.
Why?
Because the two-thirds remainder would be owned by British/Scottish mining companies Cortec Mining Co and Stirling.
He was murdered by Kenya's excellent thugs; all of them not just PRESIDENT EBOLA.
In Turkana they discovered oil worth about $44B in Ngamia 1.
Then they did extra radar scans around Lodwar and discovered;
1. A fresh water aquiffer that had enough water to be supplied to all Kenyans, non-stop for 70 years.
It'd support irrigation and household utility and usher an agricultural boom.
Then an organization called the IDLO was involved and within 48hrs, Kenya's minister of water came out and declared the water saline and too expensive to desalinate, even though it was initially announced as fresh water.
Why?
The second discovery is.
2. Oil worth over $250B in only 4 wells.
Underline only.
Those who studied stratigraphy know we have more oil than Venezuela's $33 Trillion but that is a story for another day.
Yes, you heard that right.
Back to the 4 wells;
Tullows, a London registered oil corporation, the same one that had won the tender for Ngamia 1, claimed they couldn't extract the oil.
Because...they didn't have the technology.
Immediately after, Kenyan excellent thugs, rushed to privatise the land.
A firm allied to Moses Wetangula managed to privatise the land, endowed with two hundred and fifty billion dollars for only eight hundred and forty million Kenyan shillings.
A few years later, Tullows allowed for a subsidiary to be registered, Gulf Energy, majority owned by Kenya's political class.
And finally, they are extracting the oil.
They have the technology.
When the quest for independence grew and became uncontrollable, British government rushed to do geological surveys of Kenya.
To map mineral formations and endowment.
They discovered that our land had over 970 minerals, all economically viable.
So to hide them, they declared reserve concentration points as national parks, national reserves, animal sanctuaries, conservancies and forests.
Get it?
They don't care for the baby elephants, it's what the cute jumbo helps them conceal.
Economic freedom, absolute liberty and sovereignty won't be restored by digital anger.
I beseech you, take this fight for your livelihoods to the streets.
The streets is where they can't control you.
Non-stop mass action.
Mothers, fathers, children and the youth in the frontline.
It'd take you 30 minutes to get back your power.
Article one of the CoK clearly stipulates you can administer yourselves directly too.
Get up off your knees, let's get free.
Homeland✊🏿🇰🇪✊🏿
Their military aircraft are apparently capable of traversing half the globe without interruption to export their version of "democracy" through aerial bombardment, yet we are expected to believe they lack the logistical capacity to transport their own ill citizens directly back to the United States. Such a proposition is not merely implausible; it is an affront to basic reason and strains credulity to the point of absurdity.
The glaring contradiction exposes a narrative riddled with inconsistencies, one that collapses under even the most cursory scrutiny. What we are being asked to accept is not an explanation, but a transparently disingenuous exercise in political sophistry.
Hi I'm lynet from Komarock I lost my kids date 13 may 2026 please 🙏 who ever see them please call me on these number 0726096432 name ,precious and Zennel
One day someone will write the history of Kenya and say, here lies a nation saved by its patriotic young people and built on the foundation of liberty, justice and prosperity for all.
We can change the narrative, all it takes is one generation
