Porn addiction and hypersexuality is your body's constant attempt to enter the parasympathetic nervous system.

Parasympathetic nervous system state = reduced cortisol & improved bloodflow to the brain.

Your body loves to be in a low stress state 90-95% of the time so if you are always stressed and in a high cortisol state, your body will use sex or porn as an attempt to improve bloodflow to the brain and reduce stress (to achieve biological balance)

Some people smoke weed to lower stress (and also slow down the breathing pattern)

Some people smoke cigarettes to lower stress (deep inhales and exhales activate the parasympathetic nervous system)

Some people scroll social media to lower stress. (moving the fingers and fidgeting lowers stress)

Some people eat a lot of food because eating stimulates digestion and stimulates bloodflow to the gut which lowers stress.

Some people have a lot of sex because the state of sex stimulates bloodflow to peripheral tissue (testicles, vagina) which also lowers stress.

Can you see a pattern?

Your body is in a high stress, sympathetically dominant, elevated cortisol state so it uses porn, weed, cigarettes etc to enter a more parasympathetic state (reduced amygdala activity and elevated pre-frontal cortex activity)

However, if you always stay in a para-symphatetic, pre-frontal cortex dominant, reduced stress state, you cure all your addictions!

After watching this short story to the end you will understand how Blockchain Technology can help solve problems within the Agricultural sector using EGGS 🥚 as a case study but unfortunately the Nigeria Agricultural sector is not fully organized to help us implement our full potentials in the sector..

Reason why I will always respect Oga @BolajiAkinboro one of Dr @akin_adesina right hand men for building Nigeria agriculture Blockchain technology that works when he co-founded #cellulant
