@XboxSupport please help!! We have had nothing but trouble since adding a second Xbox to our household. My husband has used his 5 switches trying to get our son set up to be able to play on game pass on his own Xbox. (1)

(3) that is great, but does not fix our problem. We are being told getting more switches is absolutely impossible. By looking at their account history, you would be able to tell we are only switching to figure this out. Only between the same 2 Xbox consoles in the same house.

(2) we had it working so both Xbox consoles could be playing at the same time and online. Since we downgraded to premium GP, it will not work. Since we are out of switches, the rep told us we are SOL until they reset in a year. She offered us 2 months of GP for our son.
