Stop and think about that for a second. Push ups are a body weight exercise. If you were rail thin it just means you had less weight to lift.

@nocontextmemes Even if you agree with the general idea, fitness isn't about forcing yourself to meet some external standard on the spot. It's finding your limits and regularly pushing yourself to those limits to improve them.

If you want your kid to do 10 push ups then train them to that point
