@turbotax So if I paid my fees out of my refund which info did you give the IRS? My account you deposited the remainder to or your account it goes to first?

@devon_cantwell The problem is @turbotax isn’t making it right like @HRBlock. They are sending them back to the IRS to send out checks to people.

@lifewithmjd Same here! The IRS sent them to the wrong place and @turbotax rejected the payments and now people have to wait for a check. Other companies are sending on the payments and taking care of their customers.

So the IRS screwed up and sent stimulus to H&R Block and Turbo Tax instead of people’s bank accounts on their return. @HRBlock is making sure people get their direct deposit. @turbotax is rejecting payments and making people wait for a mailed check. Know who I’m using this year!

@TeamTurboTax @Dark_FyreFly Why would you send them back? H&R Block is rerouting to their customers by end of day today. If mine goes back to the IRS and I have to wait for a paper check that will be the loss of a customer you’ve had for a decade. People are desperate and you’re in a position to help!

Good news is you can see the stimulus payment if issued on your IRS transcript. Bad news is they apparently forgot about my 2 dependents. The same 2 I received a stimulus payment for in April. Not only are they expecting us to make it on $600 a person, they are shorting us too.
