Robinhood Chain Weekly Update 👇

Robinhood Chain is no longer just attracting short-term speculation.

Over the past week, I noticed the ecosystem gradually moving toward a more complete onchain financial stack, combining tokenized stocks, RWA collateral, AI agents, lending and consumer apps.

Here are the updates I think matter most:

1/ Official development

– @RobinhoodApp released Robinhood Cortex for Android, giving Gold users an AI assistant that can understand their positions, avg entry prices and watchlists.

– Instead of providing generic market answers, Cortex is designed around each user’s actual portfolio, which could make AI a more practical part of the investing experience.

2/ Tokenized markets gaining traction

– @longdotxyz passed $100M in cumulative tokenized-stock volume during its first two weeks on Robinhood Chain.

– The platform also scheduled its Diamond Release for August 3, introducing a new mechanism intended to align users more closely with the product.

– @BinanceWallet added a Stock Meme Coins Trending List covering both Robinhood Chain and BNB Chain.

– @RobinHoodLong introduced up to 4.7x leverage for users longing $WOOD through a fully onchain and self-custodial system.

For me, the $100M milestone is more meaningful than another new token launch.

It shows that users are beginning to trade assets connected to real equities, rather than using the chain only for memes.

3/ RWA becoming usable capital

– @root_evm is building vault infrastructure on Rialto, allowing tokenized stocks to be deposited and used to borrow USDG.

– @hypdlaunch introduced an RWA launchpad where assets can be paired with ETH, USDG or tokenized equities through Doppler, Uniswap V4 and 0x.

– @JoinCtrlFi is shifting its future development toward Robinhood Chain, with its tokenized-asset SuperApp expected to launch in August.

– @GoldFingerRWA completed an independent audit of the physical reserves behind its ecosystem.

– The audit reportedly verified four tonnes of gold held by its mining partner, with GoldFinger owning an economic stake equivalent to 2.4 tonnes.

This is the transition I am watching most closely.

Tokenized assets become far more valuable when users can borrow against them, add them to vaults or use them as liquidity pairs instead of simply holding them in a wallet.

4/ AI agents expanding onchain

– @virtuals_io has now generated more than $200M in agent-related volume on Robinhood Chain.

– The ecosystem has launched over 5,600 agents and raised approximately $2.7M for builders.

– @OpenCovenant introduced programmable USDG spending accounts for autonomous agents.

– These accounts support predefined budgets, approved service providers, spending caps and expiration rules.

In my view, autonomous payments are one of the more natural use cases for AI agents.

An agent becomes more useful when it can manage capital under clear permissions, rather than only generating content or responding to prompts.

5/ New ecosystem products

– @lemondotfun released https://t.co/956X65TcJQ v2 with a rebuilt discovery interface, trading terminal and multichain token-launch flow.

– @zerufinance enabled users to mint their zScore behavioral reputation as an NFT on Robinhood Chain.

– @CertiKCommunity integrated the chain into Token Scan, adding security alerts, holder analysis, token-tax signals and liquidity-lock data.

– @EquiFold launched Raid Mode, where trading fees generated from token launches are compounded into permanently locked liquidity.

– @Fangonchain began moving from Ethereum to Robinhood Chain, starting with its Genesis NFT mint on August 3.

– @AsteroidRH has distributed nearly $140K in $SPCX rewards.

6/ Supply and community activity

– More than 24% of the total $PONS supply has been burned, according to @ponsdotfamily.

– Burns can support the token narrative, but I still care more about whether the product can generate sustainable demand after the initial attention disappears.

It is still early, and many products have not yet proven long-term retention, but the infrastructure being built now looks noticeably broader than it did a few weeks ago.

Following $2.5M+ in volume, we’re beginning an orderly wind-down of CruiseControl’s current Lending Markets.

The IBC connection used to bridge $USDC to @txEcosystem has become increasingly unstable, preventing some users from accessing the tokens needed to repay their loans. With @Noble’s canonical USDC also approaching end-of-life, continuing to accept new deposits and loans would create unnecessary risk.

Effective immediately:
• New lending and borrowing are paused
• Liquidations are disabled during the wind-down
• Existing borrowers can still repay
• Lenders can withdraw available liquidity
• Borrowers receive their collateral after fully repaying

All other CruiseControl services remain active and unaffected.

Please repay outstanding loans as soon as practical.

We plan to launch new markets when $TXUSD or another native stablecoin has sufficient liquidity to support reliable repayments and liquidations.

Protecting our users comes first.
