🧵Inspired by his experience walking urban trails in San Francisco, freelance journalist Miles Howard and City Councilor Kendra Lara partnered up - together creating an urban hiking trail spanning across 17 Boston neighborhoods.
While journaling, meditation and yoga are his personal favorite ways, he encourages folks to find the activities that work best for them and their schedule.
