@JoinRevGenius hit 60k+ members with zero paid growth. Going for 70k this year, and the only way we get there is by driving even more value to our members.
So we're launching an AI-Led GTM series in August. Every other week, operators like @MarcosSTU, @AdamJay, and others walk the community through the exact frameworks they're using to win with AI in their GTM motions.
Every session becomes on-demand content on YouTube and our site.
We've been averaging 300-400 registrants with 40%+ attendance on recent events. The quality has been insane.
If you know a GTM all-star who should speak, tag them. β€οΈπ΄ββ οΈ

I competed my whole life and was good at it.
1 of 500 at FedEx. 0 to $3M ARR and Series A at my first startup. Sales Director at multiple startups that would get acquired.
But I was drained.
Competing was all I knew, but I wasn't sure it was for me anymore. So I built the opposite. A community. A place where people help each other instead of trying to beat each other. That became @JoinRevGenius.
I went all in on helping as many revenue pros as I could. For free. This was my gift to my former self.
0 to 60,000+ members and the largest GTM community in the world (not that it's a competition π).
Now we're cooking up roundtables, a perks page with 30+ partner companies, and new infrastructure to make the community even more useful.
The mission isn't done. β€οΈπ΄ββ οΈ
Non-scalable things I did before lunch today to build @JoinRevGenius:
β Manually approved 100 new members
β Set up weekly and monthly roundtables
β Responded to 60 Slack DMs
β Had a dozen back and forth conversations
β Took 2 meetings with members just to help
β Posted a survey for members to weigh in on
β Added an onboarding step for 15 min 1:1 calls
Could I have automated most of this? Probably. And I might layer AI in once I feel what's actually needed.
But I've been doing this kind of work since day one. 300+ DMs a day during COVID. Personally inviting 4,000 of the first 5,000 members. Approving every single one.
That's how @JoinRevGenius got to 60,000 members. Not with a growth hack. With thousands of hours of showing up and caring about who's in the room.
It's Monday. Back to it. π΄ββ οΈ

The best GTM operators I know are building audiences on the side. Sharing what they learn in real time. Becoming known for something specific.
That reputation is driving revenue in ways cold outbound never could.
We surveyed 150+ CROs for The Voice of the Revenue Creator report at @RevGenius. The data confirmed what I've been watching play out across 60k+ members for 6 years.
People who create, close. The revenue creator movement is here. π΄ββ οΈ
"There's a lot of people that have a lot of opinions. But when you prove them wrong, you don't have to say s*** to them." - Jalen Brunson, championship parade
That hit me in a way I wasn't ready for. π§΅
I was the number 1 sales rep out of 500 at FedEx.
22 years old in a suit and tie, knocking on doors in a five block territory in Manhattan. Got told no hundreds of times. Figured out which businesses shipped heavy, learned how to earn trust with people who had zero reason to care about me.
Nobody at a dinner party was impressed when I said I sold shipping services for FedEx. There was no founder story. Nobody was watching.
Then I left, took a massive paycut to get into SaaS, slept on the floor of an office building, went through unemployment. Had stretches where I didn't know how I was going to make it.
But the muscle I built at FedEx carried me through all of it. Cold outreach and rejection every day teaches you how to show up when nobody cares.
That's the same muscle I used to personally invite 4,000 of the first 5,000 people into @RevGenius.
60k+ members now. And I still think the most important years of my career were the ones where I wore a suit and knocked on doors in Manhattan.
If you're grinding in a job that doesn't feel sexy right now, keep going. The skills you're building when nobody is watching are the ones that carry you the furthest.
