@JioCare Recharge is still not in use, it is in queue as user has current active plan, but this is not fair bit as everything needs to have some solution that must be taken care for better user experience.

@reliancejio, @JioCare I have recharged on a wrong number by mistake and after contacting customer care, I was asked to recharge again and there is no solution for reverting back or transferring to another account, but there must be some solution for this.

Vahi rubbish 24-48 hours.

I am also facing the same issue.
I even contacted customer support 5-6 times, all the time the same rubbish.
Recieved the msg of refund processing on 11th of oct. and now it's 28th.
I also mailed them,contacted @Vivo_India customer care.

It's really disgusting service by @Vivo_India online mshop.
I ordered a phone on 24th of September, still not delivered neither refunded.
My money is stuck and I suggest everyone to not buy from @MshopVivo .

These Chinese companies are just looting india and nothing else and dumping their wastage.

Placed an order yesterday. It was successful at that time but got payment declined mail after 5 hrs. Other people are also facing the same issue. Kindly resolve your technical issue and expedite the deliveries. Unnecessary the orders are getting delayed.

@Protean_Tech Stop using this courier for sending pan cards.
Everytime same issue. They don't have capability to deliver parcel. Always at short of there delivery boys. I doubt if they even have any delivery person.
Fraud courier company.
