Founder | WellHaus. Exposing the health industry one “clean” lie at a time. Curating what’s actually clean- not just trendy. Helping brands scale w/ integrity.
The future of health belongs to those who demand it. Big Food, Big Pharma, and Big Ag don’t want you to know that you hold the power. The real revolution? Radical self-responsibility, tight knit communities, and knowing exactly where your food comes from.
In this clean-living, MAHA-driven movement, new “leaders” will rise.
Some with credentials. Some with charisma. But not all are Kingdom-aligned.
The enemy doesn’t mind clean—he minds consecrated. Watch the fruit, not the résumé.
The same system that approved Red 40 is now banning it. And people are cheering like it’s a revolution.
Newsflash: You don’t need permission to protect your family. You need discernment.
You need to get closer to the land.
Shop from farms, not factories.
From markets, not marketing.
The future of health isn’t in better processed foods. It’s in less of it.
As a mom of 7, I’ve had my fair share of newborn chaos—and still managed to show up when it counted—because responsibility doesn’t disappear when things get hard. If I can do that, elected officials can too.
Also… you’re literally on the House floor holding your baby. So clearly, it’s possible to show up when it matters. If you can make it for a speech and a photo op, you can make it to vote. Let’s not pretend this is about parents struggling—it’s about pushing for convenience over accountability.
We don’t need remote voting. We need leaders who lead by example.
@rustyrockets Let’s be clear: there’s a difference between love and support. Jesus loves every person deeply—but He doesn’t support what the Father calls sin. Love doesn’t mean silence. And it definitely doesn’t mean compromise. Real love tells the truth.
@Codie_Sanchez Yup. I always say—don’t wait for motivation. Do the damn thing, and motivation will usually catch up once it sees you moving. Motion builds momentum.
@DudespostingWs More of this. Men who run into the fire instead of away from it. Who protect instinctively. Who don’t need applause to do what’s right. The world doesn’t just need more men—it needs more masculinity. Bring it back.
Appreciate the humility in sharing this—especially as a reminder that even ‘good’ protocols aren’t one-size-fits-all. What works for Max today might be the opposite of what someone else needs based on their current health, environment, season of life, or stress load. Real health wisdom is knowing when to pivot—and not outsourcing that discernment.
@thegarybrecka Yes to this. The body was designed to remineralize—hydroxyapatite just supports what it’s already capable of doing. But not all hydroxyapatite is created equal. Make sure it’s non-nano. Let’s give our bodies what they recognize, not what they react to.
@BretWeinstein When the truth becomes offensive and lies feel familiar, discernment—not credentials—becomes the mark of wisdom. As we know- some of the most dangerous ‘consensus’ in history was backed by experts.
Everyone’s talking about Trump’s import taxes.
But very few are asking what they should be doing.
This isn’t just about politics. It’s about resilience.
Here’s what no one’s saying—but should be:
This isn’t about demonizing imports.
Some things can’t be grown or made here. Some international sourcing is necessary—and done with integrity.
But if you’re importing just to widen margins…
It might be time for a gut check.
Consumers have power too.
Start asking:
“Where does this come from?”
“Who made it?”
“What system am I supporting with my dollar?”
Your buying habits can build something stronger than any regulation.
At @JoinWellHaus, we work with U.S.-based brands that source locally when they canand always with intention.
Because we believe wellness isn’t just about what’s in the product…
It’s about the values behind it.
For years, many brands have relied on the “cheaper overseas” play:
— Cheaper labor
— Cheaper ingredients
— Cheaper standards
But when the system shakes? So does everything they built.
This moment is forcing a new kind of clarity:
— Do you know your suppliers by name?
— Can you trace your products from origin to shelf?
— Will your business still stand when policies change or ports close?
