This year I decided I needed to make a change. So over the past few months I've been focusing a lot more on my health. I've been consistently going to the gym and eating healthier and I'm proud to say I've lost over 20 pounds! ๐ช๐ผ๐
(actually 21lbs, 9.5kg but 20lbs sounds cooler)
