Yes our @SouthwestAir flight was delayed for weather, but the solution of “take this flight and deal with it” is not an appropriate response. You’re a multibillion dollar corporation, and you’ve happily left a family of 3 stranded for a combined 8+ hours sitting in airports.
@SouthwestAir is by far the worst airline for customer service in the industry. I get weather is out of your control and it’s not your fault but taking care of your customers is your problem and your responsibility.

Spent an hour and a half on hold with @ATT waiting for a supervisor, only for the agent to mysteriously no longer be able to hear me when the supervisor became available.
When you’ve been fighting with @ATT for two straight years to get trade in credits applied to your account and you finally open a complaint with the @FCC and the @bbb_us because you’ve been lied to and gaslit for too long.
To be clear I’m not making a statement on either event with the following observation, but it’s a little weird to see people who were opposed to/upset by Biden pardoning his son also being totally chill with/making light of the murder of a billionaire ceo.

After about 3 days in Japan, nearly all of my gastrointestinal issues had completely subsided. I felt great for the remaining week and a half we were there. After being back in the US for roughly 5 days, I have been nauseous and sick to my stomach all day today and yesterday.
I have never had a worst customer service experience than any time I’ve ever had to talk to @ATT . I traded in a phone in October of 2022, they offered a $1,000 trade in credit. I’ve never seen a penny of it and I’ve been trying to get it fixed FOR TWO YEARS.
