BSP is not a small community. The Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) is the national scouting organization of the Philippines in the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM). 

This is a National Organization with the Chief Scout none other than the President of the Philippines BBM.

So, kung hindi talaga deserving si Shuvee bakit hindi na-cancel? Bakit natuloy despite the mess last week? With an organization this big you think the higher ups didn't consider this carefully?
