半年前に3日間に渡り開催されたトルナラ・オアシス農場内での展覧会の催し物の一部に在来種も並べられ多くの関心を寄せた。
在来種とは植物の品種のうち、ある地方の風土に適し、その地方で長年栽培または育てられたもの。
毎日の食は人の健康と命に直接繋がっている。
