don’t mind the bandage I was in a bar fight

actually no I was roughhousing with my kids and needed a few stitches

but having to explain it on every video call all week was a good reminder of our shared humanity

we’re all going through something, even if it isn’t obvious as a cut on one’s nose

and instead of thinking you’re weird, when you open up with people it often becomes a shared experience and they share their own similar stories

so go out there and be kind to people and share humanity

Today, we’re launching Original Content Rewards.

The reality is that Revenue Sharing had reached a point where its incentives were misaligned. Creators should be focused on bringing net new content to the platform instead of maximizing payouts. We could have kept adding more rules and exceptions, but ultimately the better decision was to start fresh and build a program designed from day one to reward originality.

Original Content Rewards is the result.

This program is built around a simple idea: reward the creators who bring original ideas, expertise, creativity, and unique perspectives to 𝕏 -- not those who have become best at gaming the system.

This is just the beginning. We’ll continue refining the program, improving our models, and raising the bar over time. But we’re so excited to keep investing in the creators who inform us, entertain us, make us laugh, teach us something new, and drive meaningful conversations on 𝕏 every day.

To everyone who creates original content on 𝕏 and makes this a better platform every day: thank you. We’re excited to keep building for you.

I want to thank the First Lady for another 30 Seater Coaster Bus given to me today. Many times when I host programs at the Youth House like our recent 7days Energy Leadership Fellowship that had 100 young participant, we had to rent 4-5 coaster buses to ferry participants everyday from the hotel to the venue. That is almost coming to an end. At least now we have less buses to rent for our programs or to ferry some of our 60 staff at the APC Youth House when we need to attend campaigns or events etc. Glory be to God for this tool of service. When the Lord turns around the captivity of Zion, we shall be like Dreams. #MummysMenMovement
