@AmazonHelp Late deliveries happen and I completely understand but the customer needs to be informed right? Or the order tracking option should work? It's now 9:55pm and my order status still shows it will be arriving today. If it will come tomorrow I need to make arrangements accordingly.

@AmazonHelp @Shubhangi_507 It doesn't help. Highlighting prime membership is a scam. delivery team doesn't care about customer and we keep waiting for hours. Extremely frustrating. Amazon conveniently postponed the delivery, professionals can't take leave from work to receive it. Worst exp with amazon uk.

@AmazonUK waited for my parcel all day while the time window kept increasing. It's about to be 10pm now and I still haven't received it. No tracking available anymore. It is a very important parcel for me. Very very disappointed with the lack of tracking options.
