@Chase some moron uses my email instead of his sometimes. He added me to his Chase Bank account and I can't remove it (I've tried calling and fraud dept. wanted me to go to a local branch with mult. forms of ID... no). I have his full name and last 4 of his account number.

@RazerSupport I'm having issues with my 4 month old Phantom Keycaps falling apart. Left Alt and Right Ctrl (it was just Left Alt for the last week or so until I just noticed the Ctrl key today). 4 months? this seems like a defect.
