Stop watering down what cheating really is.
It does not have to be physical to be real. Emotional secrecy, intentional boundaries being crossed, and choosing someone else’s attention over your partner’s trust is betrayal. Cheating starts the moment loyalty is compromised, not when bodies touch. If it has to be hidden, explained away, or justified, it already violates the relationship.
