@Tom_Nolan1@RishiSunak Fake story, he wanted to move cash stuffed into labour boroughs when it could have been spent better elsewhere, I’m a truss voter by the way.
Imagine a world where Rishi in cahoots with his fellow MP backers had instructed them to resign but he stay in place as Chancellor until Boris had been forced to resign.
I think he’d have been PM if he’d have sat quietly at Boris’s side, loyalty has cost him the job.
@philjvtaylor@merc5555@Psythor I lived through Phil and you’re right, Oil crisis of the 1970s
In the UK, inflation spiked — from 9.2% in September 1973 to 12.9% in March 1974 — and unemployment also climbed sharply, being forced to ration electricity, frequent power cuts and an enforced three-day working week.
@PeterWilks61 @FlashmanRodrig Can some one tell me why you get time off for good behaviour and not time on for bad…
I thought you were meant to behave in prison.
I’m a big supporter of our voting system It’s only right that we can vote for whoever we wish in privacy which is why I find it strange there’s no end of people sharing their leadership voting preferences, what next waving our papers around the voting offices at the next election
