@NHSDGSCCG my OAP MIL has had 2 falls in the last 2 days resulting in ambulance teams having 2 help her off her floor twice. She has waited all day for an occupational therapist to assess her living situation but no one has turned up. Shameful, neglectful and flat out dangerous.

So apparently 4 hours on an aircraft with no AC that didn't even leave the gate is only worth this. @British_Airways gate staff then said we'd receive flight updates by email or text.... oh good, no clue as to when you'll get me home and no concern for me in the meantime. Cheers

@HSBC_UAE Despite spending 40minutes on the phone to you last night advising of travel dates, destinations etc mynhusbands cards were declined multiple times! He even has text messages confirming your receipt of the information.

More than happy to raise this with card issuer if you continue to ignore and try to fob me off with "oh sorry, we've ignored you for 3 days but we're going to disregard your request anyway".

@Fruugo_UK - trying to get an update in order that was cancelled 2 mins after placed. Not informed delivery charge was more than item during order process. Sent multiple messages requesting cancellation, tried calling customer service which just directs back 2 help centre

Just received a message saying "sorry, but item has already been processed. Apologies for any inconvenience caused" - erm, yeah, that's your fault. Cancellation request submitted MINUTES after order placed and you take DAYS to respond? Disgusting response.

@Deliveroo might be worth educating your delivery drivers the dangers of driving at high speed across pavement in a residential area. My niece&nephew almost knocked down just now on pavement outside my building. Driver didn't even slow down to apologise but sped off faster.

@flydubai on hold for over 10 minutes trying to speak to someone about PCR requirements before travelling. Please advise if passengers need PCR tests to travel to Romania. All fully vaccinated but just need PCR info.

@noon might be worth telling your drivers to collect gigantic boxes left outside for the next delivery (as instructed by you on said boxes) instead of dumping new delivery in front of door, not even ringing the bell and then leaving without the boxes for collection! What a waste
