I just got a lead from ChatGPT for my villa rentals biz

probably not the first one

but it is the first time a lead pasted the cited URL directly into the chat

A few things that probably helped:
> Strong SEO foundations
> Detailed landing pages with real information
> Pages focused on specific locations/intents
> Clear site structure LLMs can understand
> Consistent brand mentions across the web
> Content that actually answers user questions

AI search is becoming a traffic source.

While working on VillasMediterranean (my short-term rental business), I hit a limitation:

> I couldn't easily schedule posts using real photos & videos
> And carousel posts (which perform best on Instagram) were missing

but me with ZERO Typescript knwnedge was able to make this changes happen with AI

If you know what you are doing is: a pain in the arse

Claude and AI in general is like a superpower for founders like me

I don't know Next.js or Typescript at all, ZERO, NADA!

But I saw a GitHub repo that I liked and forked it

I forked it to use as a starting point for a pet project

It's a lead gen thing for my short-term rentals biz

The original code it was to generate tourist itineraries

and now I tweaked it to my needs so EASILY that is mindblowing!

for instance, it didn't have individual itinerary pages, or the itineraries wasn't getting stored

I don't even using a code editor in my laptop

I do it directly from the GitHub repo code editor (that looks exactly like VS Code)

and it had the AI chat on the right side

Also, it auto generates the commit messages, push it and deploy

It's like Sci-Fi!!!
