A cottager placed a #SaveStation Hut on the dock of their island cottage on Lake Muskoka.

Then, they hosted our 'Shock on the Dock' training session. In one hour, everyone learned how to perform CPR, and use the #AED that is housed inside their SaveStation. #CardiacSafeCottages

Action First Aid is advocating the 4 Minute Mindset to ensure that the areas where we live, work and play are truly cardiac safe.

When we are in hard to reach places, like the #golf course in this video, we don't have time to wait for EMS to arrive before needing an #AED.
