New Jersey gun owners just won!

In a 10-5 decision, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals struck down New Jersey's ban on commonly owned semiautomatic rifles and magazines over 10 rounds. The court was clear — these firearms are protected by the Second Amendment.

This victory belongs to the ANJRPC, Firearms Policy Coalition, NRA, the plaintiffs, and every attorney who refused to back down.
For our friends in New Jersey, this is a major win, but the case has been remanded, and the state is still reviewing its options. We're waiting on legal guidance before updating our policies. We'll keep you posted.

Famous German Youtuber "Radical Living" with 2 million followers explains why he is leaving his country.

"Once you have children, you also think about where you want to raise them, especially if you have a daughter. I don't think Germany is a good place to raise a daughter anymore because women, in general, don't feel safe walking down the street at night."

"You don't have to take it from me; there are public petitions in all major German cities. Women want vouchers for free taxi rides at night, and in Berlin, they want women-only subway wagons. The stories you hear about what women have to endure in Berlin public transport are just messed up."

Pointing a gun and threatening deadly force is only allowed under threat of death or great bodily harm.
