Writing online is the closest thing to a superpower I've ever seen.
You sit down, type out what you think, and people you've never met decide to trust you, hire you, or buy from you. You do the work once and it keeps working while you sleep, eat, and live your life.
The most employable person in 2030 doesn't have a Resume.
They have an X account with insights, a Substack with fresh new ideas, a Linkedin with proof, an email list with offers, and three businesses they started and killed.
They have a "what I've done"
Not a "what I'll do"

Share everything you know.
The people who pay you and will pay you were already looking for someone who knew what you know. They were always going to pay for the judgement, the shortcuts, and the confidence.
The people who'll steal your ideas were never going to pay you anyway
Warning to my 25-35 year olds:
Your parents wanted you to be safe. They told you to get a degree, get a job, get a mortgage. That advice made sense in 1985. It's 2026. The safest thing you can do is build your own income stream.
"Wahhh, it's too saturated... wahhhh."
Most of your competition is one bad week from quitting. The market looks crowded because you're counting people who won't be here next year. Outlast them.
That's most of the battle right there.
You can reach a million people from your living room.
For free.
Your grandparents couldn't have dreamed of this. The whole world, one tap away, no gatekeeper, no budget. This is the most insane opportunity in human history.
Blows me away most people use it to watch other people win.
You have one shot at this life.
Don't aim low.
Playing it safe isn't noble. It's a waste of the one run you get. Swing for the thing that would make the whole ride worth it. Big swings. No regrets.
F*cking rock n' roll.
"Money doesn't buy happiness."
Fine.
But it buys freedom, options, agency, time and the ability to never beg anyone for anything. Money isn't happiness. It's the thing that removes most of the reasons for misery.
You weren't built to sit in a cubicle waiting for permission.
Something older than that is in you. It's part of our DNA as humans. The drive to make, to create, to build something with your name on it.
That itch won't go away.
Stop numbing it and start feeding it.
"Just get a stable job."
Stable?
There's nothing stable about handing one person the power to end your income with a single decision. The job feels safe because the risk is hidden. Build your own thing and at least you get to battle the risk face-to-face.
Writing online is the highest-paying skill.
Full stop.
It builds your audience, your reputation, and your income all at once. Get good at writing clearly and everything else gets easier. It's the one skill that pays off in every part of your life.
Design the life first.
Build the business to fit it.
Most people build a business, then cram a life into the gaps. Flip it. Decide how you want to live, then build the thing that pays for it. The business serves the life. Not the other way around.
Picture the exact life you want.
Not a vague "better." The specific mornings, the specific work, the specific freedom. When you know exactly what you're building toward, every decision gets easier.
Get clear on the life.
Then build the business that funds it.
Build the business you actually want.
Not the one you're supposed to. Everyone's got an opinion on what you should do. Ignore them. Build the thing that lights you up, that you'd do even if it was hard.
It's your life.
Build what you want in it.
You want to be rich.
F*ck, I wanna be rich. Let's say it out loud together. Not "comfortable." Not "financially stable." Rich. The people who get there are the ones who stopped apologizing for wanting it.
Ambition isn't a dirty word.
It's the engine.
Show up every week for two years and you win by default.
Most people quit in the first few months. The bar isn't talent. It's just not stopping. Be systematic, be consistent, and outlast the people who gave up. Longevity is the cheat code nobody uses.
