@Theholisticpsyc I’ve been on both sides of this relationship. Karmas fun. This is very true. Makes you realize how much damage can occur from this and hopefully avoid the same mistakes in the future.
Empathy comes from the awareness that we are all suffering, hurting, doubting ourselves, or carrying shame from the past. We’re just wounded warriors walking similar paths in different bodies.

Highly sensitive people need time in silence, alone to disconnect and to rebalance their nervous systems. Crowds can feel overwhelming and so can social interactions— know your limits and take care of your needs.
