@airfrance @AirFranceFR made it easy to upgrade to Business last year via phone and this year they refuse to allow the upgrade until 24 hours until check in.

Service has began to go downhill despite being loyal for 8 years in a row on this flight.

@airfrance & @Delta can't get along. Either company is unable to upgrade a seat purchased on their airline when it's a partnership flight.

@RDUAirport needs to only award this flight to @Delta since the day @airfrance became the partner we have had the worst luck flying to CDG
