@weaverryan This is sadly a difficult journey. Emily and I had been on it for almost 3 years before by luck her regular neurologist was sick and the substitute Dr listened, and made the recommendation for us. I’d say our main thing that kept us going was doing the research and contacting 1/2

@HomeDepot figure out the relationship your customer support agents have with online orders vs in store orders and find a way to help customers with both. Extremely frustrating when an agent says one thing then blames the fact it’s for an in store order or vice versa.... 🤦🏻‍♂️
