@Alison_Inman interesting read Alison. I read a lot into and practice confidence but I love teamworking, building others up and sharing skills. I wouldn't think that this is representative of all Male traits but I get the points on here x

@GregCampbell15 Whilst collective efforts can be a point of blame, I would totally agree in thinking it was in the direction of leadership. Plus part of leadership IMO is to own situations, both successful and problematic.

@ThomasMaeLNH I'd have to agree to some extent Thomas however they arent the worst sweet out there. Everton mints are not a sweet but they're in the same category. what type of mint cons you into thinking it's a sweet ha x

@Joannechocolat @TimMorton2 You wouldn't get 100k a year in into regular job as 40% after the bracket would go to tax. If you are using an agent, that would surely be the risk youd be willing to take to start.
