@OVOEnergy @OVOEnergy what don’t you understand your FiT team cannot tell me when after 4 months you will register my solar panels. Read this thread! Do something, act, you lack any green credentials!!! Sort out your FIT team!

[Jon Fox @JonFox507]

Now 4 months @OVOEnergy. Still you say we don’t have the capacity to register my solar panels. You are quick enough to put my direct debit up but you can’t be bother about green energy!! @ofgem

[Jon Fox @JonFox507]

@OVOEnergy @FullyChargedShw So why does it take you 3months to register my solar panels with @OVOEnergy, for the green energy I am producing. Not a great advert for your green credentials!

[Jon Fox @JonFox507]

@OVOEnergy Your FIT team are useless, currently waiting 4 months + for @OVOEnergy to register my solar panels. Useless!!

[Jon Fox @JonFox507]

Another week goes by and @OVOEnergy FiT team are yet to register my solar panels - 4 months and 1 week now! Don’t again refer me to the FiT team they do nothing! @ofgem

[Jon Fox @JonFox507]

It’s pointless referring me back to the FiT team, they haven’t resolved it in 4 months. Get better @OVOEnergy Poor green credentials, useless customer service. @ofgem can you fix it ?

[Jon Fox @JonFox507]

@OVOEnergy We did this 2 months ago - still the FiTs Team say they don’t have capacity. So far your DMs add no value and don’t resolve the issue! @ofgem
