@SaraForTexLege I lived in Guatemala, put myself through school, served as a University coach, saved countless lives as an ER nurse & beat cancer.
I have empowered thousands of women across Texas, ran a $5M Hispanic engagement project…
Lift up and protect people instead of telling lies.
Cassie is one of the most decent, kind-hearted and brightest people I know — not just in politics, but in life. Prayers for her and for all those affected by this tragedy that is beyond words to describe or make sense of.
God, be near to the broken-hearted, as You promise us You will be. 🙏
Groups funded by liberal donors - including Houston trial lawyer Muhammad Aziz - have intensified their efforts to influence Republican Primary elections, spending over $2.2 million on GOP races in recent weeks.

Vote Republican. Vote biblical values. Let’s show up strong, Texas! #TxLege
I am grateful to earn the endorsement of the Texas Eagle Forum!
For years, @TexasEF has been a steady, principled voice for limited government, the Constitution, and the values that keep Texas strong. I respect the work they do and the citizens they represent, and I am thankful for their trust in our campaign.
I am running to take the voice of Senate District 22 to Austin, not to bring Austin’s voice back home. This endorsement means a great deal, and I will work every day to earn it! #Txlege
On Presidents’ Day, I find myself thinking about George Washington and the standard he set for public service.
He could have held onto power, but he chose to step away. He led with humility, put country over self, and helped prove that in America, the people are sovereign and the Constitution is the guide.
I am grateful for the leaders who came before us, and for the responsibility we all share to protect the freedoms they fought to secure. Happy Presidents’ Day! #Txlege
To be fair, those renters pay property taxes as well, just indirectly through rent. But your point is absolutely correct and my platform is clear - end ISD Property Taxes. We have operated under this unconstitutional provision for too long, we have to get serious and I’ll do my part in it, without question.
Texans have heard the promises. They’re still paying more.
Jon Gimble knows the difference between talk and action. He’s served on the border and understands enforcement. He’s ready to finish the wall, close loopholes, and deliver real tax relief.

@CigarstoreInjun Grabbing the bull by the horns, as I have done metaphorically long before I could even vote. Wanting fewer typical politicians isn’t good enough, Texas shouldn’t have any at all. Great question!
Thank you for having me, @TedNugent! I’m ready to take on the responsibility, just like my forefather did in the Battle of Goliad, of keeping Texas, Texas! #Txlege
HOW ARE WE GOING TO KEEP ISLAMIC EXTREMISTS OUT OF TEXAS?
@TedNugent interviews @JonGimbleTX, candidate for TX senator in district 22, about what the state is currently facing. "As much as we conservatives love freedom, we need responsibility."
Thank you to the @TxCollegeGOP for your support!
As your next State Senator, I will continue to empower the next generation of conservative leaders. #Txlege
They can’t afford to, the administration is hurting the situation, not helping.
End the meat packing monopoly.
Stop Argentine Imports.
Put Americans first. Put Texans first.
Jon Gimble is proud to be from Central Texas — and proud of Texas values.
He was raised with faith in God, love of family, and respect for Texas land. He won’t back down when radical ideologies threaten our communities.
Jon Gimble will never back down.

Property taxes are crushing families and seniors.
Jon Gimble will fight for permanent property tax relief so Texans can keep more of their hard-earned money and stay in their homes.
I’m happy to answer any questions you have! I have no skeletons in my closet and no secrets to hid. I grew up in Central Texas, I began helping the Republican Party while in junior high when McLennan County was predominantly Democrat run, later to unseat the very last Countywide Democrat in my race for County Clerk, and a whole lot in between and thereafter.
Thank you for your service!
I am honored to have the endorsement of @TedNugent for Texas Senate District 22.
Ted has never been shy about defending what matters: God-given rights, the Constitution, and the kind of freedom Texans refuse to surrender. I take this endorsement seriously, and I know Ted does too, especially as someone who lives in SD22. I am committed to earning it every day by fighting for border security, property tax relief, safe communities, and keeping radical ideology out of our schools. That’s not to mention a host of other Republican Party priorities.
If you are tired of Austin telling our communities how to live, join us. Let’s take our voice to Austin. #Txlege
Relief as we work toward the end goal of repeal. Realistically, there is no responsible path that happens overnight. We cannot jump straight to repeal without serious repercussions. That does not mean this has to take 50 years, but it does mean a phased approach, with possibly a 10 year goal and a strong push to do it faster if we can.
So to answer your question, I’m for repeal. I just do not want to sell anyone a bill of goods by pretending it can happen abruptly. Thank you for your question!
Some progress has been made, but I agree we need more, and we need it on a much bigger scale.
I will do everything I can to move Texas onto a better, more sustainable path so Texans can truly own their homes and land, not feel like they are renting from the government. For me, that starts with steadily buying down and ultimately eliminating the school maintenance and operations (M&O) property tax.
Thank you for the question. I understand the frustration, and I share it.
I am committed, but I also do not want to overpromise and underdeliver. This will not be easy, and it will not happen overnight, but the right reforms rarely do. The reality is there are a lot of moving parts, and there is no responsible way to cut spending or shift the revenue burden to another stream overnight, or even over the next two sessions (4 years).
That said, we can make real progress if the Texas Legislature gets serious about reform. I intend to be part of that push and help build the votes and the momentum to do it.
