PSA: @Whirlpool_CA has the worst customer service imaginable. Brand new machine from Costco has been broken for 4+ weeks, & after 5 technicians, it's still not working. They won't refund or give us a replacement machine, and their solution was to mail a letter to headquarters.

flight WS161 has been delayed for longer than the flight would take. Very disappointed as I need to be in Vancouver at a certain time. You guys are usually very reliable... but this is super frustrating.
