When Allott and Lomax closed its library, I was given a book to pass on to the RE Museum that had been sent to a partner of Sir Herbert Humphries & MacDonald in a German PoW camp and was stamped by the Guard Sensor. The book was ‘Tunnelling in soft ground conditions’!
