#assurance now you say you didn't receive my and charged my phone $539.00 when I called #Assurant suddenly says they did received it! But it's going to take 2 billing cycles to reverse charges! Not acceptable! I pay 18 a month for just shut up and wait service?

Well hello #Tmobile, #Assurant both of you have failed me again. My phone was damaged, had to use #Assurant to replace it. #Tmobile rep did a warranty claim not damage. 10 days later phone arrives at store. Manager won't be back for 3 to 4 days. Only they can do it. Ty for nada!

Why am I paying $18 a month for very poor service? Why do I have to pay $120 deductible, only to have it arrive almost 2 weeks later? Both #Tmobile, and #Assurant dropped the ball, both companies prices keep going up, while quality of service goes down. I will not recommend!!!
