Ця система лише поглибить наявні проблеми й, швидше за все, збільшить ризик зловживань, а не зменшить його. Останнє, що зараз потрібно Україні, — це виглядати як одна з країн Близького Сходу, які постійно потрапляють у новини через жорстоке поводження з іноземними працівниками.

Потрібно вирішувати проблему утримання особового складу, а не перетворювати набір людей на комерційну діяльність приватних компаній.

Я продовжуватиму говорити про це, доки мене не почують, так само як роками говорив про необхідність розвивати засоби ураження середньої дальності, замість того щоб зводити все до відправлення піхоти на кожну ціль.
