Just like the train station told me to and then the tickets were no where to be seen? I have the amount paid in my credit card. How do I get the money back for the second tickets that I have had to purchase due to your negligence

@thetrainline why has my train ticket disappeared? Had to buy a new one. I purchased online but said a random email I them managed to transfer them to my app. Got to Newcastle on the ticket no problem. Coming home the return ticket would not activate. I reinstalled the app

When trying to contact the store tonight the phone was hung up twice without even saying hi! How good is this customer service to say I have coffee leaking all over my food and floor! And the sauces I had to pay 20p for which is free in store don’t arrive too!

@McDonaldsUK is there any reason why every time I order from your cleveleys store something is always wrong?? It always gets passed to the delivery companies but surely your staff should have retraining in the issues. Items spilled, cold and missing all the time!
