Yesterday, we were delighted to welcome Elisa Artioli to Hethel to hand over her new car – the last Elise built for a customer – a Sport 240 in “Championship Gold”.

The granddaughter of Lotus’ then Chairman, Romano Artioli, Elisa was the original inspiration for the car’s name.

@JayMeW Just recovered from all this so very recent. Picked up kids a week last Friday, both ill. Tested straight away with lateral and both positive. Symptoms for me arrived on following Monday (4 days).

After 13 years of waiting, my two mates and I all have a Lotus at the same time. What started as a euro road trip as fresh faced 20-something’s…has culminated in us each enjoying the last of the Elise.

And now there is a kids sleep over at my house. Prayer thoroughly accepted for patience and goodwill to all small humans.
