@TheGoonerTalkTv Your house buying analogy was perfect for why this was a bad strategy. In SF or NYC where elite property is desired you have to bid over ask to get the house. I live in LA and we bid 9k over ask to buy our house in 2017 and now it’s worth double what we paid.

Im just hoping you can balance your critique with some sympathy for those who have been unable to emerge from isolation and with some acceptance that there is still long term health effects that are unknown.

I’m a big fan of @TVietor08 and @brhodes . But I’m getting a little annoyed with their Covid stances. Acting like lockdowns are the worst thing in the work or 4 days of isolation is terrible… for people that are high risk and immunocompromised those are our only options.

Having to isolate every time my wife has to go on a business trip or any other extended public outing sucks. But we have no idea the long term effects of this disease and there are alot of people where it’s still an even short term worry or problem.

The fact that the storming of the capital happened on #January6th should scare us enough to AT LEAST not elect people who advocated for, took part in, or covered up the breaking into, and vandalism of, the capital.

I’m interrupting my Twitter hiatus because the #January6thCommitteeHearings are so important. I get that most voters are concerned with inflation, gas prices, and other economic issues, but we need to focus on the danger to our democracy NOW!

It wasn’t fake, or some FBI conspiracy. It wasn’t false flag or antifa. What happened on #January6th was a bunch of Trump supporters storming the capital to try to slow down or stop the certification of a legal election.

@GavinNewsom if #SCOTUS overturns Roe, you should work to pass a law that says that while we have a stolen court, the CALIFORNIA Supreme Court will super cede the US Supreme Court.
