@TuckerCarlson You are conflating "tax exempt" 501(c)4 with "tax deductible" 501(c)3 Not the same thing. 501(c)3 organizations can lose their tax deductible status if they support or oppose candidates. Both can support or oppose legislation or policy, if they don't do too much.
