It's especially telling that they understand the problem of wasting someone's time but apply a massive double standard to it. They can waste as much customer time as they want. If you "waste" 2 minutes of theirs, they get resentful. 🤔 #CustomerDisservice
@Snipe_Celly1 @Xfinity They truly have the art of scamming people down to a T. None of this should even be legal. They told me I called a week too early to disconnect my service (had to schedule the call on their site), then turned it off *that day*. Wtf? #CustomerDisservice
Hey @Xfinity Why are your representatives telling people they can't disconnect service more than a week in advance when they do it in minutes anyway for vindictive revenge? And even if that were true (which it's obviously not), why would your website force us to call to end (1/2)
Coach 8100 on Route 40 downtown, scheduled to leave Northgate at 10:38 arrived 9 minutes late and left 11 minutes late. That's 73% of the headway. How late will it be downtown? This isn't ok. @KingCountyMetro

Why do @Xfinity "supervisors" ask customers what they need if they're just going to say that explaining what we need is a waste of their time? Customer service is a waste of time? Yet you waste HOURS of our time?? #CustomerDisservice
Kudos to @GesaCU & especially Paula 4 providing such helpful, friendly, competent customer service today. I easily accomplished what I needed to & had a nice chat. It was a good mitigation for yesterday's @Xfinity disaster. Xfinity needs lessons from Gesa CU. #GreatService
