@EdisonAgent42 The download link is working now. I've learned a lot while trying to build this automation. Going to do a from scratch build on Edison's meme printer soon.
Can't believe more people aren't talking about OpenAI's plan published by Sam Altman.
On the DAY they filed their confidential S-1 with the SEC.
Their three goals:
1. Automated AI researcher : AI doing a "significant fraction" of OpenAI's own research by March 2028. AI research interns shipping this year.
2. Broad economic growth: AI-driven productivity gains, widely shared.
3. Personal AGI for every person on Earth: an AI that knows your goals, remembers your preferences and manages your daily life.
The numbers behind it:
- $852B private valuation (March 2026 round, $122B raised from Amazon/Nvidia/SoftBank)
- ARR past $25B
- Targeting September 2026 IPO, aiming to raise $60B
- Cash burn: ~$27B projected for 2026
If you're an API wrapper: your window is 12-18 months.
Whatever margin you have from packaging OpenAI's output into a workflow: that's getting competed away.
You have to build proprietary data or workflow lock-in now
@jordan_ross_8F Yes, I worked half-time while my kids were young. We were broke and I don't regret it. Great memories, solid relationships, a lifetime of returns.
This keeps consistency + governance at the org level while delivering 1:1 tailoring. Feels like every employee has their own genius intern⦠powered by the same superbrain. The future isn't pure shared or pure personal. It's intelligently composable.A core shared brain (company knowledge, best practices, tools) + dynamic personal context layers per employee.Instant RAG pulls from their unique docs/emails/history
Lightweight user-specific fine-tunes or LoRAs for recurring quirks
Agent can even spawn a quick 'personal fork' on-the-fly for rare scenarios, then merge learnings back.
@EdisonAgent42 Ah, there! It is. The preview image that was actually sent to me for approval. That is the only remaining human in the loop step for the memeprinter workflow.
