Thanks for making the 17:53 train out of union going to Barrie not only the last full trip to Barrie until MUCH later, but also shortening the train to six coaches so everyone can be rammed in to standing room only trains, AND adding a bike train.

Hello @TownofNewmarket I am curious why the sidewalks on Main Street north have still not been plowed. And most spots there is at least 1 to 2 inches of snow and it’s extremely hard to walk. There are some people with mobility issues in the area.

It’s a fault of the system which has too many delays, cancellations, and inconsistencies.

Hi @GOtransitBR today on the 1753 northbound from union your CSR went on the announcements telling people not to stand all at one door at the end of the train.
It was a little disrespectful given this train was apx 10 min late AND a few coaches short. Not his fault.

Dropping 4 cars (maybe more?) on the LAST rush hour train going all the way to Barrie is just … chefs kiss.

@GOtransitBR we love you even though you hate us on this line. Somehow, even though we try so hard to believe you’ll get better, you fail us.
Good luck outsourced, underpaid, not appreciated customer service staff. Hopefully they treat you better than the people riding the train

@faldze @GOtransitBR @Rogers_Stadium @GOtransit Too bad they are just sending out customer support to external vendors (curious if it’s within Canada @GOtransit , can you comment on this? ) and not really taking action on any comments.
Would be amazing if people protested go transit and stopped paying fares for a week.

They let go of a number of employees and complain about some lines and low ridership. You need to increase service to get people to use your system, especially north of the city.

@DominosCanada I see uber eats is now delivering your food. Please, please don’t use them. Keep hiring delivery people through your store. They will try to take over your whole delivery system and ultimately cost people more. Stand up against this capitalist push.

@GOtransit pretty serious issue with your bathroom on car number 2062 (Barrie line) - it smells as if someone has pooped everywhere BUT the toilet. It’s quite putrid. May need a clean-out.
