@sewateruk really good process for reporting leaks via AquAlerter. Good updates sent via text and leak fixed quickly. Positive feedback re a water company, surely not!! ๐
@POferriesupdate absolutely awful experience, utter chaos at Calais. A line of us led to a DFDS ferry to be then told to drive back and wait for P&O staff. No communication, left to chase down P&O operatives to get noticed. Really poor
